  • Independently perform a due diligence review based on various factors including but not limited to: lower tier assumptions (expenses per unit, trending, vacancy etc), market studies (rental advantage compared to market, low income/market rate occupancy percentage, rental comparables), reserves, developer strength and guarantees, debt to equity ratios, rehabilitation costs, impact of loss of any rental subsidies and timing of equity/benchmarks.
  • Review pricing models and perform financial modeling and sensitivities
  • Provide input as to pricing and terms
  • Help coordinate the due diligence process
  • Assist client and its counsel in negotiating, documenting and closing
